How Gray Law Group, LLC handles the information you share with us through this website.
Last updated: July 22, 2026
Overview
Gray Law Group, LLC(“the firm,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only — not to information you provide after you become a client, which is protected by attorney-client privilege and our professional obligations.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), the practice area you select, and the description of your matter that you choose to share. Please do not include sensitive or confidential details in an initial inquiry — submitting the form does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting and error-monitoring services automatically process standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) to deliver the site, keep it secure, and diagnose errors.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to:
- Respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether we can assist with your matter;
- Contact you by phone or email about your request;
- Operate, secure, and improve this website.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of service providers to run this website. Each processes data only to provide its service to us:
- Supabase — securely stores contact-form submissions so our staff can respond.
- Resend — delivers the email notification of your inquiry to the firm.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — protects the contact form from automated spam.
- Sentry — error monitoring. If a page malfunctions, Sentry may record a masked replay of the session (text and media are obscured) so we can diagnose the problem.
- Map tiles (CARTO / OpenStreetMap) — load when you view the office map on our contact page.
- Google— if client reviews appear on this site, they are drawn from the firm’s public Google Business Profile. Links to Google Maps open Google’s services under Google’s own policies.
- MyCase — our client login and payment links go to MyCase, a separate service with its own privacy policy.
Cookies
The public site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Essential cookies are used only where necessary — for example, to keep firm staff signed in to the private staff portal. Third-party services listed above (such as Cloudflare Turnstile) may set their own cookies when their components load.
Retention
We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, evaluate potential representation, and meet our legal and professional obligations, after which they may be deleted.
Your choices
You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about your inquiry, to request a correction, or to request deletion (subject to our legal and ethical record-keeping obligations). Reach us at dgray@graylawgroup.com or 973-240-7313.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version; material changes will be posted on this page.
